Before you book
Common questions
How does the remote consultation work?
Sessions are conducted via a secure video or phone call. You'll receive a link or call details in your confirmation email. All you need is a quiet space and a few minutes to prepare.
What should I have ready for my appointment?
A list of your current medications (including over-the-counter and supplements), any recent test results if relevant, and any questions or concerns you'd like to discuss.
Is this a replacement for my GP?
No — MediBalance provides expert pharmacist support and guidance. It complements your existing NHS care but does not replace your GP. For emergencies, always call 999 or visit A&E.
How do I pay?
Payment details will be confirmed when your appointment is booked. The fee is £40 per 30-minute session, payable in advance.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — please email [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
Is my consultation confidential?
Absolutely. All consultations are completely private and confidential. Your information will never be shared without your consent.
